When I went back to the Philippines more than a year ago, I started my teaching career again. I said to myself that I won’t teach again in public school. Over populated students, lack of classroom facilities, inconsiderate superiors, unhealthy competitions among my colleagues and loads of paper works were among the things I hated the most in public schools. But now, I’m doing my resume again and looking forward in my interview this coming March. Maybe, this was the reason why I’m not lucky to be hired in private school with higher salary. I think public school really belongs to me. This is God’s will. I hope and pray that HE will give me another chance to teach again in public school and I promised that I will be more compassionate and dedicated educator that will make a difference with my students.
